By creating an account or using the services provided by RSP Cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to maintain the security of your API keys and credentials. Any breach of security must be reported to RSP Cloud immediately.
You agree not to use RSP Cloud for:
- Any illegal activities, including data theft or unauthorized access.
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious software.
- Cryptocurrency mining without explicit written authorization.
- Generating content that violates intellectual property rights.
Services are billed based on usage or subscription plan. You authorize RSP Cloud to charge your selected payment method. Failure to settle invoices may result in the suspension or termination of your compute resources.
In no event shall RSP Cloud, its officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms.
